Washington Street
The Gilland House is a piece of Greencastle history. Once a doctor’s office built around 1890, this converted apartment building recently underwent a restoration which brought the property back to its original glory.
Select units contain its historic charm with hardwood floors, oak trims, and original stained-glass windows. All appliances including washer and dryer in unit. Large living space containing a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen make up these one-of-a-kind apartment units. Off street parking for one vehicle is included in lease.
Walnut Street
